ADVICE AND CONSULTING

ICP supports an organization’s activities. Consulting is then provided by our experts in the field.
Possible consulting modalities include:

• One-off or long-term assignments,

• Pure consulting or including support that can extend to delegated implementation, carried out by an individual or a team, etc.
  There are as many consulting missions as there are organizational configurations it can support.

ICP provides consulting services at three levels, from the most short-term to the most long-term:

• Consulting: Analysis of the issue (needs/resources/constraints) and development of recommendations in the form of deliverables.

• Support: The support mission includes follow-up on the implementation of the recommendations. This involves working directly with the relevant teams and handling specific tasks (data processing, drafting reference documents, design).

• Service provision: The mission involves being responsible for and taking charge of the relevant activity. This is similar to specialized temporary work.
