Project Description:
Between July and August 2025, ICP Environmental Consulting, in collaboration with UNDP Tunisia, conducted a series of training sessions for digital home beneficiaries in seven governorates: Gabès, Médenine, Kairouan, Tataouine, Kébili, Gafsa, and Tozeur.
The aim of these sessions was to equip participants with practical skills in sustainable project management and the recovery of recycled materials, while supporting them in developing their innovative entrepreneurial ideas.
A comprehensive and participatory approach :
• Design and delivery of tailored training courses.
• Development of accessible and practical teaching materials.
• Two-day theoretical and practical sessions in each governorate.
• Personalized assistance to women entrepreneurs in implementing sustainable projects.
• Preparation of a capitalization report including evaluation and recommendations.
